Medium Aquarium expands to 8×8 with 6 to 8 aquariums. The clue counts are less extreme, so you need forced-fill and forced-empty reasoning more often: when a row needs exactly N more cells and has N undecided spots, all of them must be water. Aquariums start sharing more rows and columns, which means decisions about one aquarium start affecting others.
